Adults' Reiki Healing No Consultation

Service Description

What’s in a session? Catch-up chat: If you’re booking this session type, we’ll have met before, so we’ll only need a brief chat about how you’ve been and to discuss the direction that this session will take. For your first session with me, you'll need to book a Reiki healing with a consultation. Reiki: You'll then get comfy on the treatment couch or sit on a stool. I’ll work around you, releasing energy blocks and then checking and balancing chakras – the energy centres within the body. Often people report feeling a sense of peace and complete relaxation, and many see colours and/or feel a tingling sensation. Reiki is a hands-on, but non-invasive treatment, involving gentle touch around the body. You’re in control, and if at any time you feel uncomfortable, we’ll stop. After the session: When the treatment is complete, time is given to reflect, and further ideas and recommendations are shared. For example, you may be asked to choose a crystal from a collection to use as a talisman or to help focus the mind, which you can take home. Weather depending, and if you wish, some of the integrative healing may take place in the woodland area that surrounds the treatment space. This is entirely dependent upon your requirements and preferences. Payment: When booking, you'll need to pay a deposit of £10. The remaining £25 can be paid after the session in person, either in cash or by bank transfer. COVID-19 Statement: This session is all about YOU. If you're more comfortable with the both of us wearing masks, then that's what we'll do. If you'd prefer no masks, that's fine too. Just put your preference in the 'message' section of your booking! Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be given for cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice.
