Join us for a transformative day workshop on Shamanic Healing, designed to help you connect with the power of nature, the wisdom of ancient healing practices, and your inner self. Led by experienced shamanic healers Helen & Mel, this workshop will take you on a journey of self-discovery and healing. The workshop will take place in and around The Forest Loft, a beautiful tree-top sanctuary, deep in the natural surroundings of Copythorne Common. Starting at 10am, we aim to finish by 3.30pm. The day will begin with smudging, a traditional Native American practice of purifying the energy field using sage or other herbs. This will be followed by the opening of sacred space, a ritual that creates a safe and protected space for healing work to take place. The workshop will also include guided meditations to help you connect with your inner wisdom and the healing power of nature. You will have the opportunity to work with Kuya stones, which are powerful stones used in shamanic healing to clear energy blocks and restore balance. In addition, the workshop will include time spent in nature, where you will be invited to connect with the natural world and receive guidance from the spirits of the land. You will learn how to use your senses to deepen your connection with the natural world, and how to access the wisdom of the natural world for healing and transformation. The day will culminate in a fire ceremony, where you will have the opportunity to release old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you, and set intentions for the future. This workshop is perfect for anyone who is seeking to deepen their connection with themselves, the natural world, and the ancient wisdom of shamanic healing. No previous experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to explore. Join us for a day of transformation and healing!
